About the Opportunity
Welocity.ai is looking for an experienced Client Solutions Consultant to help grow our presence across the UK. This role sits at the intersection of technology, client relationships, and commercial growth. You will work directly with organizations across London and the wider UK, understand their technology and talent requirements, and introduce solutions that can help them build and scale their teams.
We are looking for someone who already understands the UK technology services, staffing, or recruitment market and is confident developing relationships with new clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing opportunity with significant ownership of the UK market.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients across the UK technology ecosystem.
- Develop relationships with technology companies, enterprises, and growing businesses.
- Connect with decision-makers across Technology, Talent, HR, and Procurement.
- Understand clients' technology, project, and hiring requirements.
- Introduce relevant technology services, staffing, and talent solutions.
- Develop opportunities from initial conversations through proposals and commercial discussions.
- Attend client meetings, networking sessions, and technology industry events across London.
- Build and maintain an active portfolio of prospective and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships across different teams and requirements.
- Work closely with our technology, recruitment, and delivery teams to ensure a strong client experience.
- Represent Welocity.ai within the UK technology and business ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
You should have 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within one or more of the following:
- Technology services
- IT staffing
- Technology recruitment
- Workforce solutions
- Technology consulting
You should also bring:
- Good knowledge of the UK technology and hiring market.
- Experience working directly with business clients.
- Evidence of developing new client relationships and generating commercial opportunities.
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A consultative approach to understanding client requirements.
- Confidence attending meetings and representing a business independently.
- A proactive, commercially-minded approach to your work.
- An existing network across the UK technology, recruitment, or enterprise ecosystem would be highly valuable.

Location
This is an office-based position in Shoreditch, Central London (EC2A). The role involves regular face-to-face client meetings, networking, and industry events across London, so candidates should be comfortable working in a highly client-facing environment.
