Building on the momentum of the last few years, we are now investing in the significant expansion of our Sales, Marketing and Alliances function - scaling the team to match growing demand for TE’s services. This is a rare opportunity for a Client Solutions Director to join a proven, high-performing commercial team at a pivotal point in its growth. What you will do:
- Identify and pursue strategic customers by prospecting, networking, and utilising your industry expertise & relationships.
- Partner with our Marketing Manager, Alliances Manager & external technology vendors to identify joint opportunities & account-based marketing plans.
- Develop and implement account based strategies to meet sales targets, focusing on building long-term customer engagements.
- Deploy relationship mapping techniques to identify and align with key customer stakeholders that position ThirdEye as a trusted partner.
- Align with our delivery organisation to design and present integrated solutions - bringing together CRM, data and AI (Salesforce, Databricks and Anthropic) - that connect a customer's data foundation to measurable business and AI outcomes
- Engage with your network to stay aligned to latest innovation & trends across CRM, data and AI, Industry dynamics and the competitive landscape to impact commercial strategy

What you have done:
- Proven successful experience in business development, sales, or account management role within either the Salesforce, Databricks or Anthropic ecosystem.
- Built and nurtured long term relationships with your customers where you have been positioned as their trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated your ability to grasp the key concepts of identifying, scoping and positioning technical implementation solutions that align to strategic business objectives.
- Orchestrated internal teams to align to support with the functional and technical needs of your customer
- Developed a reputation for being a proactive, self-motivated team player, who takes accountability for KPI attainment

Who you are:
- Previous experience working in a solutions focused role, where you have owned the lead-to-close cycle
- Naturally a networker, confident building new relationships with customers & partners from diverse backgrounds
- A sales driven individual, with an aptitude for providing value and building trust with your customers through the demonstration of industry & product expertise
- Comfortable with outwardly projecting the brilliance of the ThirdEye team, in person, over the phone or by giving presentations
