This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a tech-savvy, people-focused engineer who loves start-up speed. You'll bridge the gap between our cloud infrastructure, analytical models, and B2B clients.
Why This Role?
- Total Ownership: Drive client onboarding, AWS cloud reliability, and release cycles end-to-end.
- Greentech Impact: Apply your skills to accelerate capital deployment in renewable energy.
- Start-Up Autonomy: No bureaucracy - build structure out of ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Support: Own technical setup, authentication, and connectivity for new B2B accounts, working directly with client technical/security teams.
- Cloud & Operations: Support and optimise the AWS infrastructure, containerised apps, APIs, and databases. Automate manual tasks and maintain monitoring/backups.
- Releases & Incidents: Manage controlled platform upgrades, rollback plans, and systematically resolve technical incidents with Engineering.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
