This is an exciting time at Bevan Brittan as we launch our new, ambitious strategy through to 2031 building on our exceptional growth during the past 5 years. Our Client Solutions & Innovation Strategy includes the launch of our new Client Solutions Hub including the creation of new roles configuring data and technology to work alongside our lawyers as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing client solutions.

As Business Services Professionals, these new roles form an invaluable part of our client-facing team and so the new roles can expect to regularly interact with clients, as we seek to provide more innovative and better value services. Given this is a new Client Solutions Hub, we are starting with offering limited property-related services but anticipate that the Hub will grow to provide cross-firm services.

The role

You will work with the Head of Client Service Delivery and CSI Director to establish the Client Solutions Hub, including:

  • Defining service offerings, service catalogues and delivery standards (starting with real estate related services as Phase 1).
  • Establishing intake, triage, prioritisation and resource allocation processes.
  • Defining service levels, KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Creating necessary service delivery policies, procedures and governance frameworks (including quality assurance).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
