About Enchant

Enchant is a specialist Shopify growth agency helping ambitious eCommerce brands improve performance through conversion rate optimisation, CRM, performance, UX design and development. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, combining data, experimentation and technical expertise to deliver measurable improvements across the customer journey. From strategic roadmaps and UX improvements to Shopify development and continuous optimisation, our focus is on delivering work that drives commercial results.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Client Solutions Lead to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience while keeping projects organised, teams aligned and delivery running smoothly.

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and commercially aware Client Solutions Lead to become the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Shopify and Shopify Plus brands. This role sits at the centre of our clients and delivery team, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial client discussions through to delivery. You’ll work closely with our Co-Founders, Head of Marketing and Head of Strategy who manage our developers, designers and CRO specialists to make sure everyone has the information they need, priorities are clear and clients receive an exceptional experience.

Success in this role comes from building strong client relationships, communicating effectively, keeping projects organised and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
