Client Solutions Manager

Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our Gaming advertising clients in the Real Money Gaming industry. In this role, you will drive measurable business outcomes by developing data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance across Meta's advertising platforms, and delivering consultative solutions that align with Gaming client goals. You will sit at the intersection of media strategy, analytics, and client partnership, helping Gaming businesses unlock the full potential of Meta's advertising ecosystem to grow their brands and achieve return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ROI-driven marketing strategies for a portfolio of Gaming advertising clients, leveraging Meta's full suite of ad products and targeting capabilities
  • Serve as a consultative product expert and primary point of contact for Gaming clients, guiding media planning, creative strategy, measurement frameworks, and technology integration
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations that drive Gaming advertiser growth and satisfaction
  • Partner with Client Partners and cross-functional teams including product, measurement, and creative specialists to build and execute comprehensive account strategies for Gaming clients
  • Lead strategic marketing conversations with Gaming clients, agencies, and ecosystem partners including measurement vendors, creative partners, and marketing technology providers
  • Manage end-to-end account operations including budget pacing, media recommendations, troubleshooting delivery issues, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within the Gaming vertical
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships by delivering regular business reviews, performance reporting, and forward-looking strategic recommendations
  • Develop RMG vertical expertise and industry perspective to inform tailored advertising solutions and position Meta's platform within the client's broader marketing mix
  • Oversee planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of complex, multi-market Gaming campaigns using data and analytics to guide real-time decision-making
  • Identify scalable solutions and best practices that can be applied across the Gaming client portfolio to improve advertiser outcomes and operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising, media strategy, marketing, RMG industry or a client-facing role
  • Experience developing and executing performance-driven advertising strategies using digital media platforms, ad-tech solutions, and measurement methodologies
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into clear, actionable business insights for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing competing work based on impact, deadlines, and client needs
  • Experience communicating and presenting data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered advertising tools and the ability to apply emerging capabilities to optimize campaign strategies and client workflows
  • Experience with direct response marketing, attribution modeling, or marketing technology integrations that connect advertising investment to measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across product, sales, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within the Gaming industry, enabling the development of tailored advertising solutions grounded in Gaming-specific business dynamics
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
