Client Solutions Manager | Lancashire (Hybrid) | Around £60,000 DOE
A fantastic client of ours is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join their operations team.
This is a senior customer-facing position where you'll act as the primary operational and technical liaison for a portfolio of accounts - combining relationship management, service delivery, platform expertise and continuous improvement to drive genuine customer value.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the primary operational point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships from operational through to executive level
- Leading regular service reviews and check-ins to monitor performance and customer satisfaction
- Providing expert guidance on platform functionality, configuration and best-practice utilisation
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer outcomes
- Coordinating resolution of complex operational and technical issues across internal teams
- Managing customer-facing changes including integrations, releases and new product adoption
- Supporting customer onboarding, implementation activities and service transitions
- Analysing performance data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions

You'll need:
- Experience in a customer operations, service delivery or account management role within a technology-led business ideally in a supplier-side energy company.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable engaging at all levels including executive
- Solid analytical capability with experience interpreting operational data
- Experience driving operational improvement and customer-focused outcomes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Bonus points for:
- Background in a SaaS, cloud or managed services environment
- Experience supporting platform implementations or system integrations
- Knowledge of billing, pricing or customer lifecycle processes
- Relevant qualifications in service management or operational management
What's on offer:
- Up to £60,000 depending on experience, hybrid working with flexibility after onboarding and a senior role with genuine cross-functional influence in a growing business.
