As we expand our Sales, Marketing and Alliances function, we are broadening our portfolio beyond Salesforce into the wider data and AI landscape - including Databricks and Anthropic - helping our customers connect their CRM, data and AI strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Solutions Manager to develop a territory of their own, carry a realistic ramping target, and learn the craft of solution selling across a modern technology portfolio, alongside a proven, high-performing commercial team - with a clear path to develop into a Client Solutions Director. What You Will Do
- Own and develop a defined territory, building a pipeline of strategic customers across our Salesforce, Databricks and Anthropic offerings through prospecting, networking and applying your growing industry expertise.
- Carry a sales target aligned to your development stage, ramping over time as you build experience and confidence.
- Partner with the ThirdEye Head of Alliances Marketing Manager and Salesforce, Databricks and Anthropic partner teams to identify joint opportunities and account-based marketing plans within your territory.
- Learn and apply account-based strategies to build long-term customer engagements that span CRM, data and AI, with mentoring and support from senior members of the team.
- Deploy relationship mapping techniques to identify and align with key customer stakeholders that position ThirdEye as a trusted partner.
- Work alongside our delivery organisation to help design and present tailored solutions that combine Salesforce, Databricks and Anthropic where relevant, focusing on value creation & alignment to business objectives.
- Invest in your own development, staying close to the latest innovation & trends across the Salesforce, data (Databricks) and AI (Anthropic) landscapes, industry dynamics and the competitive environment.

What You Have Done
- Gained early experience in a sales, business development, SDR/BDR or account management role, ideally with exposure to the Salesforce, data or AI ecosystems, or a similar SaaS/technology environment.
- Started to build and nurture customer relationships, with a genuine appetite to become a trusted advisor.
- Shown an ability to grasp technical concepts across applications, data and AI, and connect them to business needs and strategic objectives.
- Collaborated with internal teams to move opportunities forward and support the needs of your customers.
- Demonstrated drive, coachability and accountability for hitting your activity and performance targets.

Who You Are
- Ambitious and hungry to build a career in solution sales across CRM, data and AI, with the potential and desire to grow into a Client Solutions Director.
- Naturally a networker (or a developing one), confident and willing to build new relationships with customers & partners from diverse backgrounds.
- Coachable and curious, keen to learn from senior colleagues and to invest in developing expertise across ThirdEye's Salesforce, Databricks and Anthropic practices.
- Comfortable representing the brilliance of the ThirdEye team - in person, over the phone or by giving presentations - and eager to grow that confidence further.
