Customer Solutions Manager – Payments & Transaction Observability
Hybrid – Our office is based in Mechelen, Belgium. The role requires regular travel to Mechelen and to clients across Europe.
Vyntra helps banks and financial institutions understand and manage complex transaction environments through its Transaction Observability technology.
We're looking for someone who understands payments and enjoys working directly with customers to solve problems, improve processes and get more value from their technology.
You'll own a portfolio of banking customers, working closely with them to understand their operational challenges, develop improvement plans and coordinate the people and activities needed to deliver them. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining payments expertise, advisory skills, account ownership and delivery coordination.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of banking customers, building relationships across payments operations, technology and business teams.
- Understand customers' payment environments, operational challenges, priorities and objectives.
- Advise customers on how to improve their use of Vyntra's Transaction Observability solutions.
- Develop account plans covering adoption, operational improvements, new capabilities and longer-term objectives.
- Drive the delivery of those plans, coordinating multiple activities, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Proactively follow up on actions, resolve blockers, manage changes and keep initiatives moving.
- Handle customer escalations, bringing together the right specialists and maintaining ownership through to resolution.
- Run customer reviews and working sessions, asking the right questions, identifying risks and recommending practical improvements.
- Help customers expand their use of the platform and develop more mature, scalable processes.
- Work closely with Product, Professional Services, Support and Sales to deliver customer outcomes and identify opportunities for growth.

What you'll bring
- Solid professional experience in payments, transaction banking, payment operations or banking technology.
- A working understanding of payment flows, banking systems and relevant payment schemes or messaging standards such as SWIFT, SEPA and ISO 20022.
- Experience working directly with banking or financial services customers in an advisory, consulting, implementation, service delivery or account management capacity.
- The ability to understand a customer's situation, ask informed questions, identify improvements and recommend practical next steps.
- Experience developing and managing customer plans, coordinating stakeholders and driving multiple workstreams to completion.
- Confidence handling complex customer situations, balancing immediate operational issues with longer-term priorities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to engage credibly with operational, technical and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to work independently.

Useful additional experience
- Customer Success or strategic account management in banking technology or enterprise software.
- Transaction monitoring, payment observability, operational resilience or payment investigations.
- Experience supporting product adoption, customer retention or account growth.
- Working with international banking customers.
- French and/or Dutch.
