About Us
Aluna Partners is a London-based firm providing integrated advisory, capital, and investment management solutions designed to support businesses at every stage of growth.
The firm specialises in credit solutions, delivering flexible and scalable financing through Asset-Backed Finance and Trade Finance. Aluna applies a disciplined, research-led approach built around a three-dimensional credit strategy: Preserve, Perform, Protect, aimed at generating resilient, all-weather returns.
The firm focuses on private credit, constructing portfolios concentrated in asset-backed finance, and trade receivables. By partnering with trusted originators and institutional counterparties, Aluna emphasises clarity, consistency, and long-term alignment, with a blend of performance-driven execution and responsible risk management.
The Role
Aluna Partners is seeking a new Client Solutions Senior Analyst to drive AUM growth across the firm's strategies, including asset-backed finance and trade finance.
The successful candidate will support Aluna’s Institutional Client Solutions team through the development of new relationships and expansion of existing ones, with a particular focus on the European market. This position will work closely with senior leadership.
The new addition to the team will work dynamically across all of Aluna's investing strategies in two primary capacities: focusing on deepening relationships with our investors, while serving as engaged representatives and stewards of Aluna’s products to drive new capital formation and 2) managing the internal fundraising processes required to facilitate fundraising, including structuring products, supporting the development of fund marketing materials, ongoing reporting, building prospective investor pipelines, supporting client-specific requests and projects and managing teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with the investment professionals to understand the current portfolio, deal pipeline, and overall market dynamics with the intention to be able to speak as a surrogate for the deal team in the market. Specific responsibilities will include developing deep knowledge of Aluna's platform, its differentiators, and investments. We expect a successful candidate to be highly skilled at supporting live fundraising efforts, leading technical diligence processes with clients, and project management across internal and external stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
