Cisilion Opportunity: Client Success Associate
Cisilion is seeking someone with over 1 year of experience in a client-facing, customer success, technology, support, or commercial role. The ideal candidate either has experience or is keen to transition into a Client Success Associate role. Key attributes for this role include strong personality, communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and commercial awareness.
Role Overview
The Client Success Associate assists clients in realizing value from Cisilion’s technology and services. This involves:
- Driving adoption
- Maintaining Success Plans
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement
- Providing clear visibility of lifecycle, asset, and renewal activity
Working with a defined client portfolio, the Client Success Associate translates client and service information into practical insights. This enables clients to make informed decisions, manage risks, and renew with confidence.

Role Details
- Type: Hybrid
- Locations: Leatherhead and London offices
Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Experience in a client-facing, customer success, account coordination, technology, operational, or commercially focused role.
- Confidence in preparing and leading structured client conversations.
- Ability to interpret data and reporting and communicate the implications clearly.
- Strong organization, planning, and follow-through across multiple clients and priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate client and commercial information.
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and required actions and ensure they are visible to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Interest in technology and willingness to build knowledge of Cisilion’s products, services, and vendor propositions.

Desirable
- Experience working within an MSP, technology provider, VAR, reseller, or subscription-based organization.
- Understanding of Microsoft, Cisco, or cloud technology and licensing models.
- Experience with CRM, service management, Client Success, or reporting platforms.
- Awareness of technology lifecycle, service adoption, contract renewal, or asset management.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles or technology service environments.
- Experience supporting client reviews, Success Plans, account plans, or renewal discussions.
