Job Title: Client Success Champion
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional on-site client visits
Salary: £45,000–£55,000
At CloudCapcha, we are reinventing how accounting and legal firms understand productivity and time. Our software only delivers value when people genuinely change how they work, and this role exists to make that happen.
About CloudCapcha
CloudCapcha is an accounting-tech scale-up transforming time recording and productivity for professional firms.
Our product, WorkCapcha, lives inside Microsoft Teams and uses intelligent activity capture and AI-powered DayBooks to help firms understand the true cost of production, without relying on memory or manual effort.
We believe technology should fit naturally into how professionals work. That belief shapes everything we do.
Role Purpose
This role exists to help people change how they work. This isn’t always straightforward; you’ll be helping busy professionals unlearn old habits, challenge assumptions, and build trust in a new way of working.
The Client Success Champion is responsible for guiding firms and their users through onboarding and beyond, ensuring WorkCapcha becomes a natural, embedded part of daily working life. This is not a sales, renewals, or commercial account management role. Success is measured by adoption, engagement, and sustained behavioural change.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
