About Social Climbers

Social Climbers is a fast-growing social media and social commerce agency helping brands scale through social platforms, TikTok Shop, UGC, creators, and paid social. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to play a key role in building one of the UK’s leading social-first agencies. This isn’t just another Social Media Manager role. You’ll become the operational heartbeat of the agency, ensuring every client receives exceptional service while leading content production from brief through to posting.

The Role

You’ll own the day-to-day delivery of our client accounts. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll manage client relationships, coordinate our team of creators, oversee content calendars, and ensure every project is delivered on time and to an exceptional standard. You’ll become the main point of contact for many of our clients, allowing the CEO to focus on growth, strategy, and new business.

Client Management

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead weekly client communications and meetings.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand each client’s goals and ensure our strategy aligns with them.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services.

Content Operations

  • Build and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Coordinate content production across multiple brands.
  • Brief creators with clear content requirements.
  • Review all content before client approval.
  • Ensure deadlines are met across every account.
  • Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
