Client Success Director | UK & Europe

Are you an experienced leader who can influence at executive level, drive growth, and turn strategic relationships into long-term success?
At IDP Education, we're seeking a Client Success Director to manage and grow relationships with some of our most important university partners across the UK and Ireland.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnership development, client success, and international education.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading executive-level relationships with leading universities
- Developing growth strategies that increase student recruitment outcomes
- Driving partner retention, satisfaction, and investment
- Collaborating with global teams to deliver measurable impact
- Using data and insights to influence decision-making and accelerate performance
