💰 £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience

Own the strategy. Build great relationships. Help our clients grow.

We're looking for a Client Success Director to take the lead on some of our most important client relationships.

You'll be the person making sure we're solving the right problems for the right reasons - shaping strategy, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and making sure the work we do creates real commercial value.

It's about seeing the bigger picture, knowing where we should be heading and bringing clients with us.

Who are we?

We help ambitious brands unlock growth that legacy systems, slow decisions and old ways of doing things can get in the way of.

We combine data, insight and technology, increasingly through our own Good Growth Technology (GGT) platform to find the opportunities that matter and turn them into results.

We've got a decade of experience helping global brands grow, we're trusted by major retailers and e-commerce leaders, and we're building something pretty exciting with GGT.

We're also organised into small client Pods, each owning a portfolio of accounts rather than working project by project. As we continue to grow, our clients need someone senior who can step back from the individual projects and own the bigger picture.

That's where you come in.

So, what's the role actually about?

Every client account has a what, a why and a how.

You own the what and why.

You'll work closely with your Enterprise Account Director to shape strategy across your Pod's portfolio, while acting as the main relationship owner for a set of named clients.

You'll lead the moments that matter, from Quarterly Business Reviews and client Summits to the conversations that keep senior stakeholders confident, engaged and clear on where we're heading.

You'll also be looking beyond the immediate work: spotting opportunities, challenging thinking when needed and helping our clients make better decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll probably enjoy this if...

  • You like owning strategy and commercial outcomes, not just relationships.
  • You're comfortable working with senior stakeholders and helping them succeed.
  • You enjoy having a bit of autonomy and figuring things out for yourself.
  • You're happy working from context rather than needing everything turned into a detailed task list.
  • You believe good feedback makes people better, and you're comfortable both giving it and receiving it.
  • You're not afraid of a difficult conversation when it's the right thing to do.

It might not be for you if...

  • You need a detailed list of exactly what to do before you can get started.
  • You'd rather avoid a difficult conversation than have one.
  • You're looking for a role with very little client-facing time.

  • Partner with your Enterprise Account Director to shape and evolve strategy across your Pod's portfolio.
  • Own relationships with a set of key clients, building trust and keeping momentum high.
  • Lead high-value client engagements, including Summits, QBRs and workshops.
  • Keep internal reporting accurate and useful, so risks and opportunities surface early.
  • Look for genuine ways to help client sponsors succeed in their own roles and careers.
  • Mentor Client Success Managers within your Pod.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is commercially sharp, comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely good with people.

You'll Need

  • A proven track record supporting strategic roadmaps and commercial diagnosis across complex client portfolios.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience as the main contact for senior client stakeholders.
  • The confidence and facilitation skills to lead high-stakes meetings, workshops, Summits and QBRs.
  • A genuine commitment to direct feedback, with a track record of using it to grow.
  • A solid understanding of digital optimisation and how it drives commercial impact.
