About Kayo Digital
This is an exciting time to join Kayo Digital. We're investing in our next phase of growth, expanding our capabilities across digital, CRO, AI and web development, and we're looking for people who want to be part of that journey.
The Role
Full-time maternity cover with the potential of being a permanent role.
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join our team and help us deliver a great experience for our clients.
This is seen as a more junior role and will be supported by the team.
You'll be the link between our clients and the wider agency team, making sure communication stays clear, projects keep moving and clients always know what's happening next.
You'll work across a range of website and digital projects, as well as managing ongoing relationships with our retainer clients. You don't need to be a digital expert or know the ins and outs of websites and apps.
What we're really looking for is organised, a good communicator and naturally forward-thinking, with a friendly and approachable manner.
What you’ll be doing
- Support business development by collaborating with existing clients to understand their goals and aligning Kayo Digital’s services to meet their objectives
- Provide monthly updates to maintenance clients on completed work within their CMS and/or hosting environment.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned retainer clients, scheduling their work for the coming months and providing regular updates on task progress.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Keeping project management software up to date with latest delivery deadlines.
- Assist in testing the work at for acceptable quality against the requirement before handing over to the customer.
- Collect feedback at each stage and monitor revisions needed and organise any customer training.

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a client-facing, account management, customer success, project coordination or similar role would be desirable but not essential.
Experience within a digital agency or other digital environment would be useful, but isn't essential. We're more interested in your ability to communicate well, stay organised and build good relationships than whether you already know the technical side of websites.
