Product

About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Success Lead to join our Media team on a permanent basis. This is a highly collaborative role that sits within the Product organisation, focused on helping internal and external stakeholders adopt and maximise the value of dunnhumby’s Retail Media Portal.
You'll act as the bridge between Product, Client Services and users, driving adoption, gathering valuable feedback and ensuring our retail media solutions are intuitive, effective and deliver measurable value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Play a key role in driving product adoption and creating a seamless user experience across retailers, agencies, brand partners and internal teams.
- Develop deep expertise in the Retail Media Portal and associated retail media processes.
- Create user guides, training materials and best-practice documentation for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to internal champions and external users to encourage successful product adoption.
- Identify gaps in processes, workflows and functionality and collaborate with Product and delivery teams to improve them.
- Monitor adoption, product health and user journey metrics, translating insights and feedback into recommendations that help shape future product enhancements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
