About Dunnhumby

dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science, helping the world's most ambitious retailers and brands put the customer at the heart of every decision. With nearly 3,000 experts across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, we partner with iconic businesses like Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro to turn data into growth, innovation and measurable value for their customers.

Tesco Insights

Our Tesco Insights team turns the UK's richest source of shopper data — over 24 million Clubcard households — into the strategic intelligence that powers Tesco and its supplier partners. We help clients understand customers, shape ranges, optimise pricing and promotions, and unlock category growth through evidence-based decisions.

About The Role

We're looking for a Client Success Lead to join our Tesco Insights team, helping supplier partners maximise the value they gain from customer data, insight and category expertise. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring clients achieve meaningful commercial outcomes through the effective use of dunnhumby's solutions.

Working across a portfolio of supplier clients, you'll collaborate with consulting, analytics and commercial teams to turn customer understanding into actionable recommendations that help clients make better business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

As a trusted partner to your clients, you'll play a key role in driving engagement, retention and long-term success.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across supplier organisations.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client needs, opportunities and business challenges.
  • Translating customer insight and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand client engagement and increase the value delivered through Tesco Insights solutions.
  • Partnering with internal consulting, analytics and commercial teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
