About Us
We're a fast-growing sales and marketing agency that helps B2B businesses generate high-quality sales opportunities through outbound lead generation, content marketing and strategic campaigns.
Our team works closely with clients to become an extension of their business, ensuring every campaign delivers value and continues to evolve. We're looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Client Success Manager who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and delivering an exceptional client experience.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking ownership and love seeing projects through from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from onboarding through to ongoing delivery.
You'll build trusted relationships, lead regular client meetings, coordinate with internal teams and ensure every client feels informed, supported and confident in the progress of their campaigns. Alongside managing client relationships, you'll help keep projects organised, ensure deadlines are met and continuously look for ways to improve processes, communication and client outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
