The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Customer Success Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with CACIs professional customers.
You will support clinics, salons and spa partners throughout their CACI journey, from onboarding and training through to ongoing account development, product adoption and customer retention. You will act as a trusted partner, helping customers maximise the value of their CACI equipment, treatment protocols, training and retail opportunities.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Sales, Training, Technical Support, Marketing, Operations and Quality to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Own a portfolio of professional customers, developing trusted relationships with salon, spa and clinic owners, managers and therapists.
- Manage the customer lifecycle from post-sale handover and onboarding through to customer retention and growth.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through telephone, email, video calls and occasional face-to-face visits.
- Act as a customer advocate, communicating feedback, trends and recurring issues to the relevant internal teams.
Onboarding & Implementation
- Create structured onboarding plans for new customers, including equipment implementation, training coordination and first-treatment support.
- Work with the Training team to identify and coordinate appropriate courses, refresher training and advanced treatment development. CACI provides professional training across systems including Synergy Flex, Synergy & RejuvaMed, with certification available on successful completion.
- Support customers progressing towards Advanced Clinic status, which requires therapists to complete CACI Advanced Therapist training and offer both signature and advanced treatments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
