Role Description
The Client Success Manager is a contract, remote role responsible for ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes through License & Scale’s services and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new clients, understanding their goals and requirements, and guiding them through implementation and adoption. The person in this role will monitor account health, track usage and engagement metrics, and proactively address risks to satisfaction and retention. They will conduct regular check-ins, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, refine processes, and identify upsell or expansion opportunities. The Client Success Manager will also gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements and contribute to playbooks and documentation that support a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Customer Service across multiple accounts.
- Strong Relationship Building skills to foster trust, collaboration, and long-term partnerships with clients.
- Experience in Customer Retention strategies, including proactive engagement and risk mitigation.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or services environment.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools and basic proficiency with common productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
