Client Success Manager | Bristol | Hybrid | Tech4Good
£65,000 - £75,000 + equity
SR2 are supporting a growing Bristol-based FinTech who are looking for a Client Success Manager to join the team at an exciting stage of their growth.
Working with some major organisations across the financial services sector, they’re looking for someone who can take real ownership of their client relationships, from initial onboarding and implementation through to ongoing delivery, retention and growth.
This isn’t a traditional account management role. You’ll be hands-on with clients, owning projects from start to finish and bringing together different teams across the business to make sure everything stays on track.
Once clients are up and running, you’ll continue to own the relationship, making sure they’re getting value, managing any challenges that come up and spotting opportunities to develop the partnership further.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong Client Success, Client Services, Account Management or client-facing delivery experience
- Experience within financial services, FinTech or another complex/regulated environment
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and building long-term client relationships
- Experience owning onboarding, implementations or complex client projects
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams to get things delivered
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts
- Someone who can take ownership rather than waiting for a process to tell them what to do
- Happy working in a growing business where things are still evolving
