Client Success Manager – Remote UK

Up to £40,000 + Benefits

UK + some International Travel

My Client…

… delivers world-class conferences and exhibitions serving the Technology space with a global series of events, the business continues on an upward trajectory & a new role has been released on the Sponsorship side of the business.

Role Overview…

The role will involve being the trusted partner for sponsors, ensuring they receive exceptional service, maximise their investment and want to come back year after year. The Client Success Manager is the bridge between Sales and the delivery functions – translating sponsor expectations into operational and systems requirements.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the primary point of contact for sponsors from the moment a contract is signed through to post-event reporting. You'll help sponsors:
