We’re hiring for: Client Success Manager
Hybrid role - depending on where you live, your closest office will be in Cirencester or London.
- 40 hours a week
- 9am-5:30pm - however, flexibility works both ways
- Throughout the year, you'll be required to attend events, which may require overnight stays, and also be on the road occasionally to meet existing clients and new clients.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for account management of clients and growing your own client base.
This role is all about building relationships, ensuring that clients are always seeing value in their mystery shop programmes and seeking opportunities to partner with new businesses.
We work across multiple sectors, therefore, we are keen to hear from anyone who has experience in housing, retail, hospitality, health & fitness, leisure & entertainment, automotive/transport.
