As our sponsorship business continues to grow, we're looking for a Client Success Manager to become the trusted partner for our sponsors, ensuring they receive exceptional service, maximise their investment and want to come back year after year. The Client Success Manager is the bridge between Sales and the delivery functions – translating sponsor expectations into operational and systems requirements.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the primary point of contact for sponsors from the moment a contract is signed through to post-event reporting. You'll help our sponsors:
- Understand and maximise their event investment
- Execute campaigns and activations successfully
- Drive attendance and engagement
- Facilitate valuable introductions and meetings with a white glove service for our key partners
- Navigate event platforms and technologies
- Achieve measurable business outcomes

You'll collaborate closely with all departments – including Sales, Marketing, Production, Event Delivery and Systems – to ensure every sponsor receives a seamless experience.
What we're looking for
We're less interested in job titles and more interested in finding someone who loves working with clients and helping them succeed. You'll likely have experience in:
- Client/customer success in events
- Account management
- Event operations
- Sponsorship fulfilment
- Project management
You'll also bring:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Commercial awareness and customer empathy
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and projects
- Fluency in AI and embedding AI into your daily work
Experience with HubSpot, event technology platforms, hosted meetings programmes, executive briefings or high-touch client service environ
