We are growing, and we are now looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team and play a key role in fostering strong relationships with our clients. Working closely with senior team members, you will support clients in achieving their goals by ensuring the effective use of Amdaris & Insight's services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, customer-focused and eager to develop their skills in relationship management, governance, quality assurance and strategic thinking. You will act as a key point of contact for clients while gaining a deeper understanding of their industries, challenges and goals.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across the business, with the support and guidance of senior team members.

THE ROLE:

The main purpose of the role is to support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships, helping to establish Amdaris as a trusted technology partner. You will work to understand our clients' industries, challenges and goals, ensuring that our services continue to align with their needs.

As a Client Success Manager, you will gain a strong understanding of Amdaris & Insight's services, enabling you to identify opportunities for further collaboration. You will produce Client Success Plans focused on adoption, retention and growth, while maintaining accurate client data within our CRM system to support efficient sales and renewal processes.

You will also support and lead on commercial discussions around contract renewals, rates and pricing under the guidance of senior team members. A key part of the role will be helping to maintain high client retention rates by ensuring client satisfaction, mitigating challenges and proactively identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

The successful Client Success Manager will attend and support client meetings, events and industry forums to deepen relationships and expand their network. Working closely with Delivery Leadership, you will monitor client engagement health, flagging potential issues early and collaborating with technical teams to support timely issue resolution.

You will assist in preparing and presenting regular client updates and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), as well as supporting the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and early demonstration of value. You will also collaborate with the New Business team and wider leadership to enhance the customer experience and support operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management or a similar role within the tech industry
  • A passion for client success, with strong listening and empathy skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • An awareness of, and willingness to learn about and explain, technical products and solutions
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines with guidance
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across different departments
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and numeracy skills
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while developing credibility as a trusted technology partner
