The Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Success Manager to join our dedicated creator success team. You’ll act as the key link between our creators and internal departments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and that all parties achieve outstanding results. The perfect candidate will be an excellent communicator who understands the dynamics of social media platforms and enjoys helping creators reach their potential. You’ll work closely with our existing Success Managers and report directly to the Marketing Team Leader and CMO.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of creators.
- Running regular strategy calls to review performance and set direction.
- Coordinate deliverables and deadlines to maintain smooth collaboration between both sides.
- Provide creators with regular support, guidance, and actionable feedback to boost their success.
- Develop positive and productive relationships with creators built on trust and transparency.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
- Anticipate potential issues or bottlenecks and find proactive solutions to improve outcomes.

Who You Are
- Experienced in client success, creator management, or social media coordination.
- An excellent communicator who can handle both professional and creative conversations confidently.
- Familiar with all major social media platforms and preferably experienced in managing or growing accounts.
- Organised and able to juggle multiple projects, relationships, and deliverables effectively.
- Adaptable, forward-thinking, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Based within commuting distance of Lichfield, able to work on-site 5 days per week, with some weekend availability when needed.

Preferred Experience
- Background in industries that involve regulated or sensitive content.
- Knowledge of tools such as Inflow, Discord, Telegram, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva.
- Strong grasp of the inner workings of social platforms, including algorithm behaviour and engagement trends.
