Artane Partners Client Success Manager

Artane Partners is a capital advisory firm that helps companies raise equity and debt. We run the full capital raise process end to end, from investor targeting through to closing. Our clients are primarily based in Europe and the Gulf, so meaningful working-hours overlap with those time zones is required.

We are hiring one Client Success Manager to own the client relationship side of the business.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for 20+ signed clients
  • Relay clear updates from the deal team on investor calls, pipeline status, and next steps
  • Handle client queries on the progress of their raise and chase internal answers when needed
  • Maintain a consistent update cadence so clients never have to chase for information
  • Keep founders calm and informed through a process that is inherently stressful
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and escalate before issues become cancellations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Explain the difference between equity and debt in two or three sentences, as if you were talking to a first-time founder.
  • A client calls you frustrated: their raise is moving slower than expected and the last two investor calls went badly. What do you say on the call, and what do you do after it?
  • What is the largest number of client accounts you have managed at the same time? What kind of clients, and what were your retention results?
  • Why are you interested in this role at a capital advisory firm?
