Burrows & Partners

Specialist lead generation for wealth management firms and financial advisers globally

Logistics

  • Location: Remote
  • Timing: Late October / first week November 2026
  • Employment Type: Full Time (UK hours)
  • Compensation: Competitive

The Role

We're hiring a Client Success Manager to own the client relationship from post-sale onward. You'll be the face clients see every week - running Touch Points, chasing assets and approvals, keeping accounts calm and moving, and escalating with context when something needs the founder's attention.

You won't be writing ad copy, running campaigns, or building landing pages. We have specialists and systems for production. Your job is the human side: making sure clients feel looked after, nothing slips through the cracks, and delivery stays on track. That being said, you will be the final gate for marketing approvals, so should have strong attention to detail and a firm grip of what drives advertising campaign results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do:

  • Run weekly client Touch Points and keep accounts on rhythm
  • Chase assets, feedback, compliance sign-off, and approvals - firmly but without damaging the relationship
  • Translate client feedback into clear briefs for the creative and ads team
  • Report account status (red / amber / green) with context and recommended actions
  • Escalate performance issues, scope creep, and churn risk to the founder - with a recommendation, not just a flag
  • Keep notes, next actions, and client status documented the same day

Requirements

  • 3+ years in agency account management (or equivalent multi-client professional services)
  • Proven track record owning client relationships end-to-end - not just project admin
  • Excellent with people: calm, clear, strong follow-up discipline, able to push without burning bridges
  • Credible with professional, high-trust clients (wealth managers, financial advisers, regulated industries)
  • Strategically literate - can read a brief, spot misalignment, and ask the right questions
  • Strong written communication: client-ready emails and updates, concise and polished
  • Comfortable with Notion, Slack, CRM tools, and Google Workspace
  • High ownership, low ego
  • Strong AI competence - you will help manage and expand upon our team of AI agents
