  • A clear route to progress into a Key Account Manager role
  • Potential progression within approximately 6–12 months for a strong performer
  • Exposure to a broad range of property and commercial real estate clients
  • A hybrid working model with 3 days per week in the Borough office
  • 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
  • £1,500 annual learning & development budget

The Role

Our client are hiring a junior Client Success Manager to join their UK commercial team. This is a varied role combining client relationship management, onboarding, account ownership, operational coordination and account growth.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 80 lower-touch SMB accounts, acting as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring requests are managed quickly and effectively. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, is highly organised and wants to develop into a more strategic Key Account Management position over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This could suit someone coming from:

  • Junior Account Management
  • Client Support
  • Customer or Client Services
  • Sales Executive
  • Sales Consultant
  • SDR / BDR looking to move into account management
  • Property or hospitality-based client-facing roles

Personality

ParkBee wants someone who is:

  • Highly organised
  • Commercially minded
  • Personable
  • Confident communicating with clients
  • Proactive
  • Comfortable taking ownership
  • Able to prioritise effectively
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ambitious
  • Keen to develop into a Key Account Manager

The role involves managing a relatively high volume of lower-touch accounts, so the ability to prioritise what needs attention, manage multiple requests and identify where the biggest commercial opportunities sit is particularly important.

Progression

There is a clear route from Client Success Manager into Key Account Management. As you progress, you would move away from the higher-volume day-to-day inbox and lower-value accounts and take ownership of larger, higher-value clients with significantly more opportunity for development and growth.

For someone who joins and performs strongly, progression could happen within approximately 6–12 months.
