Client Success Manager

Step into a relationship-first role where your work directly shapes how asset managers and distributors connect with the data they need to succeed.

As a Client Success Manager at FE fundinfo, you will own a portfolio of clients using our Data Mastering products, guiding them from their earliest steps as new users through to becoming confident, long-term partners. This is a role where your instinct for building trust and your understanding of the fund industry translate into real impact — for your clients and for the business. You will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of client relationships and product strategy, representing client voices internally and helping shape how our solutions evolve.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding new Data Mastering clients through their transition from sales prospect to active, confident product user.
  • Building and maintaining close, long-term relationships across a portfolio of asset management and distribution clients.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to help clients get more value from our Data Mastering products and services.
  • Monitoring client product usage and engagement to ensure clients are consistently benefiting from our solutions.
  • Keeping current with our portfolio and clients' evolving business needs to make timely, relevant recommendations.
  • Coordinating with internal teams across product, operations, and data strategy to connect client requirements with our development roadmap.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
