About the Role

Build lasting client relationships in a growing software business.

At Opuz, we develop facilities management and compliance software that helps organisations manage their buildings, assets and compliance activities more effectively.

As our Client Success Manager, you'll work closely with clients to help them get the most from our software. From onboarding new clients to supporting long-term users, you'll become a trusted adviser who understands their goals, resolves challenges and helps them maximise the value of our platform.

You'll also play an important role in shaping the future of our product by sharing client feedback and working closely with our development team.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring they continue to gain value from our software while receiving an excellent level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication.
  • Supporting clients during onboarding and throughout their journey with Opuz.
  • Helping clients understand new features and best practice.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve product adoption, engagement and satisfaction.
  • Gathering client feedback and sharing insights with the wider business.
  • Delivering software demonstrations, webinars and training sessions.
  • Working alongside colleagues to resolve client queries and support continuous product improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to additional products or services where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes a proactive approach to supporting clients and is confident in managing multiple priorities.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least three years' experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management or Relationship Management.
  • Experience working within a software or technology environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • The ability to analyse customer data and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience within Facilities Management or Compliance.
  • Knowledge of CaFM software.
  • A degree in a relevant field, although this isn't essential.
