We're hiring a Client Success Manager.
Fully remote. You'll be the person our clients actually rely on. We teach businesses and individuals how to build their very own AI Agency, selling AI and marketing services to businesses.
π Fully remote
THE ROLE
- You'll start managing 10 to 15 client accounts and ramp that book up to 50.
- You're the person clients talk to from day one: running their onboarding, holding their weekly check-ins, and being the support they lean on to get results.
- You'll also own retention, and feed client insights back into how we build our programs.
WHAT IT PAYS
- 10% annuity on the gross value of every contract, paid monthly over 12 months. Example: a $10.9k contract pays you $1,090 total, spread across the year.
- $500 bonus for every client that renews, on top of your ongoing annuity on that renewal.
- $100 bonus for every 5-star review or equivalent testimonial you help generate.
- Realistic OTE range is $85kβ$115k/year. If a client churns, you start getting paid on them, which protects a company's margin but also means the plan rewards you heavily for keeping clients happy and getting them results.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
