About the role
The Client Success Manager will drive client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value for FIS Treasury Solutions, with a particular focus on Integrity. Acting as a trusted partner throughout the post-sales lifecycle, the CSM will help clients align the solution with their treasury objectives and translate those priorities into practical success plans.
Working across Client Success, Sales, Product, Professional Services, Renewals, and Support, the role will coordinate the client experience, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure clients understand the continuing value delivered by the solution.
About the team
The Client Success Manager sits within the Client Success organisation, orchestrating the post-sales experience for Treasury clients across Europe.
The team’s focus is on:
- Accelerating product adoption and value realisation
- Delivering measurable ROI aligned to client business outcomes
- Minimising churn and commercial risk
- Identifying expansion and growth opportunities across the Treasury portfolio

CSMs combine deep product expertise with strong commercial and relationship-management skills to act as an extension of both the client and internal FIS teams.
What you will be doing
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a primary post-sales partner for Integrity.
- Understand each client’s treasury priorities and translate them into joint success plans with clear outcomes, milestones, and measures of success.
- Drive solution adoption and help clients realise sustained value from their investment.
- Monitor client health, usage, adoption, and engagement signals to identify risk and coordinate timely action.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Renewals, and Support to provide a connected client experience.
- Identify potential expansion opportunities and provide relevant client insight to commercial teams.
- Capture structured client feedback and work with Product teams to help inform future priorities.
- Contribute to renewal activity by articulating the value delivered and supporting a clear view of client outcomes.
What you will need
- Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a comparable client-facing role within treasury technology, fintech, or financial services.
- Understanding of corporate treasury operations and the business challenges treasury teams are seeking to solve.
- Ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Experience translating client objectives into structured plans, actions, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Analytical capability, including the ability to interpret client, usage, or adoption information and convert it into practical recommendations.
- Experience collaborating across sales, product, technical, support, and delivery functions.
