Client Success Manager - Trivium Group
Remote | Full-Time | Amazon Growth Agency This is not a check-in-with-clients-once-a-week seat. Trivium Group is an Inc. 5000-ranked, Clutch Award-winning Amazon growth agency. We manage millions in ad spend and help brands scale profitably on the world’s most competitive marketplace. Our CSMs don’t manage accounts — they own outcomes. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager who moves fast, thinks in data, sweats the details, and treats every client like their own business. What You’ll Actually Do Own 20–40 client accounts end-to-end You are the single point of accountability for client results and retention Run onboarding, set strategy, deliver results, retain the account — the full lifecycle 2-hour response time during business hours, no exception Drive results, not reports Analyze brands' performance and profitability weekly Diagnose problems before the client notices them Translate numbers into clear, confident client communication Execute with precision Build and follow structured processes for every account (audits, keyword research, campaign architecture, optimization cycles) Log every change. Document every decision. Nothing slips through the cracks. Coordinate with PPC strategists daily — you own the relationship, they own execution, and both of you own the result Flag and escalate within hours, not days Operate at Trivium’s pace We don’t do slow. Scaling decisions get 2–3 weeks to play out, then we adjust. Every week has a purpose. When something breaks, you fix it the same day or escalate by EOD You’ll manage 1,000+ Slack messages a day with structure and discipline — unread = your to-do list If performance is flat for 3 weeks, you’re already pitching the strategic pivot Who This Is For 3+ years of CSM or account management experience at a digital/e-commerce agency (Amazon agency experience is a major plus) You’ve managed 20+ client accounts simultaneously and didn’t drop the ball You’re analytical — you think in ACOS, TACOS, sessions, conversion rate, and margin You’re fast — you hate waiting, you hate bottlenecks, you move things forward You’re detailed — your reports don’t have typos, your data is always current, your processes are documented You communicate with clarity and confidence — clients trust you because you know what you’re talking about You take ownership — you don’t say “that’s not my job” Fluent English (written and spoken — advanced level required) Who This Is NOT For You prefer a predictable, low-pressure environment You need to be told what to do every day You think “good enough” is good enough You avoid difficult conversations with clients You’re not comfortable making decisions with imperfect data Compensation & Benefits $3,000–$5,000/month (based on experience and location) 100% Remote 25 PTO days + 9 paid holidays Professional development + direct mentorship from leadership Join an 80+ person agency ranked Inc. 5000 #170, managing $24M+ in Amazon ad spend The Tools You’ll Use Slack, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, My Real Profit, Adlabs, HubSpot, Fathom, ClickUp, and AI-powered internal tools (including our proprietary AI ops agent). How to Stand Out In your interview, tell us about a time you saved a client who was about to churn. What did you see? What did you do? What happened? We want specifics, not buzzwords.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
