We are looking for a Client Success Manager based in London or Madrid who can work from one of our offices while collaborating with colleagues across our international team, and who thrives on creating exceptional client experiences and turning partnerships into long-term success stories.
As a Client Success Manager in Abion, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions while achieving their business goals. You will collaborate closely with our sales, tech, and delivery teams to provide a seamless client experience and drive product adoption.

About the Role
As part of the Abion team, you will collaborate with our international network of IP professionals, working on a diverse portfolio of cases and clients.
You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term loyalty by understanding each client's unique needs and ensuring they achieve their business goals. Success in this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for solving problems and creating value for clients.

For this role, you will primarily support our English- and Spanish-speaking clients, so business-level fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Experience with domain administration or domain management is a strong advantage, as you'll help clients get the most out of our domain-related services.

What We are Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to understand and articulate products or services
- A Client-centric mindset and a passion for client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong technical understanding
- Confidence working with technical products and systems
- Fluent in English as well as Spanish
