About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Client Success Lead to join our Media Product team on a permanent basis. This is a strategic Client Success role focused on ensuring our Retail Media products continue to deliver exceptional value for retailers, brands and agency partners. Acting as the voice of the customer within the Product organisation, you'll combine deep platform expertise with strong stakeholder leadership to influence product priorities, improve user experiences and drive successful adoption at scale.

You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Client Services and commercial teams to ensure customer feedback, market needs and product performance insights are reflected in the evolution of our retail media capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Champion customer needs and user feedback, ensuring real-world product insights are represented in product discussions and roadmap planning.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on product capabilities, adoption and best practice.
  • Lead complex product launches, feature rollouts and adoption initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Analyse product health, adoption and user journey data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to influence priorities, improve user experiences and support long-term product success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
