Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Support Administrator to join our fast-paced Retail & Consumer (Recoveries) team at CSG.

This role will be based in Leeds and there will be an expectation to attend the office up to 5 days per week during the first 6 months, moving to a more hybrid approach after successfully passing probation.
What you will do?
- Provide a timely, professional, and high-quality service to our clients in the management of claims.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of a client account with a particular focus on data entry and data accuracy.
- Creation of client communication documents (letters, emails, etc.).
- Ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients and the commercial requirements of the firm with adherence to internal and client SLAs and KPIs.
- Assisting with matter set up on our case management system.
- Assisting with MI management ensuring accuracy with the data.
- Liaising with opponent representatives and other third parties (predominantly via phone calls).
- Referencing and triaging recoveries post via a shared email inbox.
- Looking for client recovery files, using portals to search for CCTV, Accident Related Documentation.
- Other administrative duties, as required.

Who you are
- Previous experience in an Admin / Administration role is essential.
- Hands-on experience managing and organizing files.
- Confidence in making and receiving calls, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, look-ups) and the ability to handle basic data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to shifting workloads.
- The confidence to work independently and use your initiative.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within the claims team.
- Clear and positive communication skills, with an enthusiastic approach to your work.
- Experience using finance systems (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrates alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined, and Supportive).
