Contract: Full Time, Permanent

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Support Advisor to join our growing Facilities Management team based in Manchester.

As the first point of contact for our clients and customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional service experience. Managing maintenance requests, coordinating engineers, and ensuring service delivery targets are met, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced and supportive FM operation.

This role is ideal for someone with previous Facilities Management Helpdesk experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, customers, suppliers, and engineers.
  • Log, manage, and update reactive and planned maintenance requests through the CAFM/helpdesk system.
  • Coordinate and schedule engineering resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and KPI targets.
  • Monitor work orders from inception through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions are documented appropriately.
  • Liaise with operational teams, subcontractors, and clients to proactively resolve service issues.
  • Escalate critical or high-priority issues where necessary.
  • Support the wider FM team with administrative and customer service activities.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and customer-centric service at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
