Job Title: National Client Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised National Client Coordinator to join our National Client Team. Working closely with the National Client Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service to our clients and students, coordinating training programmes, managing enquiries and ensuring a seamless learning journey from enrolment through to qualification.

- Manage client enquiries through a variety of communications and ensure responses met SLA requirements
- Manage mailboxes, ensuring they are organised and maintained
- Ensuring all student course and exam bookings are made and confirmed with support from National Client Administrator
- Maintaining student and client records with course and exam booking data, progress reporting and the documentation and implementation of changes to study pathways are regularly reviewed and updated
- Liaising with regional FI centres in the coordination of national client requirements
- Supporting National Client Relationship Manager with data collection, implementation of programme changes and sharing feedback / highlighting issues
- Providing proactive support to students, including sending exam reminders, contacting students to plan their next steps, and arranging tutor support where required
- Supporting the sign up of new apprentices/students in the administration of the sign-up process
- Supporting additional work as required by management from time to time

Qualifications and Skills
Essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships, promptly responding to queries and ensuring expectations are managed
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Thorough understanding of MS Office tools
Desirable
- Experience of working in the education/apprenticeships sector
- Understanding of the accountancy sector
