Cammach Recruitment for Client Support Coordinator
Cammach are delighted to be working with our client, a leading Occupational Health Provider, to recruit a Client Support Coordinator. This is a permanent, staff position based in Aberdeen and will be fully office-based.
Responsibilities

Booking appointments
- This will be done via our in-house management system.
- Requests submitted via email or telephone calls.

Preparation for appointments
- Ensuring the clinical team have the required information to complete an appointment.

Processing appointments
- Checking certificates and reports are completed for issue to clients via our online portal.
- Ensuring appointments contain relevant information to complete the appointment.
- Managing Trackers and Reports for outstanding tasks.

Reception team support
- Contacting external providers regarding updates on appointment outcomes.

- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
