About the Role
Yolk Recruitment is supporting a growing financial services business in Pontypridd with the recruitment of a Client Support Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within property finance and financial services. You will join a busy, customer-focused team, initially working closely with Relationship Managers to support clients throughout the lending process.
You'll play an important role in ensuring cases progress smoothly, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers and other professional contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers with the management of client cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Review and interpret key financial information, including credit searches, bank statements, financial accounts, property valuations and business appraisals.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of cases while ensuring service standards and lending policies are followed.
- Build strong working relationships with brokers, customers, surveyors, solicitors and internal teams.
- Liaise with credit risk, finance, administration and other teams to ensure all lending requirements are satisfied.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all regulatory, compliance and internal policy requirements are followed.
- Check the accuracy and authenticity of client information and maintain detailed case records.
- Update and maintain accurate information on the company's case management system.
- Communicate information clearly and effectively to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an awareness of fraud prevention and associated risks.
- Provide consistently high levels of customer service throughout the lending process.

- Previous admin experience within finance or a legal setting would be ideal.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage a busy workload and multiple cases simultaneously.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- The confidence to build positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
