Description
As a Client Support Executive, you'll be a trusted point of contact for clients, advisers and providers, providing high-quality administrative and client service support throughout the financial planning journey.
You'll manage client interactions, coordinate new business and review activities, support report production, oversee application processing and help maintain the exceptional standards our clients expect.
What you'll do
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Support Financial Planners before, during and after client meetings
- Prepare meeting packs, annual review documentation and client correspondence
- Act as a primary contact for client administration enquiries
- Support new client onboarding and ongoing servicing activities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage of the journey
New Business & Administration
- Process new business applications and provider transactions
- Monitor application progress, transfers and provider communications
- Produce client review reports and servicing documentation
- Manage adviser fee processing and reconciliation activities
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team

Compliance & Documentation
- Complete AML and compliance-related checks
- Manage documentation for new business and asset transfers
- Maintain audit-ready client files
- Support adherence to FCA requirements and internal policies
Financial Planning Support
- Gather client information, quotations and illustrations
- Support the preparation of cashflow models and recommendation reports
- Produce standard suitability and review documentation
- Prepare costs and charges disclosures
- Maintain data quality and integrity across client records
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Previous experience in a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA administration environment
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and client servicing
- Experience handling provider interactions and new business processing
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
- Progress towards, or ambition to achieve, the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Understanding of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly principles
- Experience using financial planning or client management systems
