Client Support Manager (Accountancy background)

London | Hybrid | £50k - £60k + benefits

Radley Green is partnering with a fast-growth Accounting Practice, who are part of a £20m revenue professional services group, to recruit a Client Support Manager.

Accountancy background, but prefer working with clients to working in the numbers? Join a fast-scaling accountancy and compliance tech platform in a commercial, client-facing role.

The Role

You'll manage a portfolio of clients through their whole journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Your aim is to make sure every client gets real, measurable value from the platform and stays with it, growing as they do.

Your accountancy experience is key. Because you know how bookkeeping, year-end accounts, tax returns and statutory deadlines work in practice, you'll speak clients' language, anticipate what they need and guide them with confidence when things get complex. You'll resolve escalations quickly, spot risks before they turn into churn, and find where more of the platform would help them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
