Are you an experienced Client Services professional with a background in RFPs, proposals or client reporting within investment management? Have you progressed into leading teams and are looking for your next challenge?

We're partnering with a well-established investment management business seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering an exceptional service to institutional and professional clients.

This is an opportunity to combine your technical understanding of investment products with your passion for developing people, improving processes and building strong client relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Client Services professionals with the RFP function.
  • Driving service excellence across a diverse institutional client base.
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex client queries.
  • Working closely with Sales, Product, Investment Specialists and Operations to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Supporting strategic client initiatives, reporting requirements and business projects.

About you

You'll likely have started your career in an RFP, Proposal Management, Client Reporting or Client Services role within investment or asset management before progressing into leadership.

You'll bring:

  • Experience within investment or asset management.
  • A strong understanding of RFPs, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), client reporting or institutional client servicing.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a client services team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to balance operational delivery with team development.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
