Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Specialist to deliver responsive assistance and build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem resolution. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing enquiries, and ensuring customers receive reliable and professional support.

The successful candidate will handle client interactions, provide accurate information, document service requests, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently. You will contribute to client satisfaction by delivering timely solutions, maintaining service standards, and creating positive experiences throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client enquiries through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms.
  • Provide accurate guidance and support based on client needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Record client interactions and update support systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Follow customer support procedures and service guidelines.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvements.
  • Manage multiple client requests while meeting response targets.
  • Support customer retention through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications:
