Client Support Specialist - Orkney

At Latitude Wealth Management, we pride ourselves on building trusted, long-term relationships with our clients and delivering a highly personal, professional service. With offices in Orkney and Aberdeen, our team works collaboratively to provide tailored wealth management advice with a friendly, straightforward approach.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Support Specialist to join our office in Kirkwall, Orkney.
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.
You’ll become a key part of a close-knit team where collaboration, professionalism, and client care sit at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, support colleagues where needed, and contribute positively to the continued growth and success of the business.
The Role
Working closely with advisers and the support team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of client and business activities.

- Front of house reception duties including answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients and making them feel welcome
- Managing client administration and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting advisers with pre- and post-meeting preparation
- Processing applications, client requests, and financial transactions
- Liaising confidently with clients, providers, and third parties
- Maintaining CRM systems and digital records accurately
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and office communications
- Producing client correspondence and reports
- Supporting compliance and operational processes
- Assisting with wider office administration and project work as required
About You
- A strong and confident administrator with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with financial information and processes
- Digitally confident and experienced using systems such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional, personable, and confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Motivated to learn, develop, and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture

Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience within financial services, banking, professional services, or a similar environment
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to shared team goals
