We are seeking a Client Systems and CRM Project Coordinator - Global to provide practical project coordination and administrative support for CRM and other client-systems projects across delivery.
Working within agreed plans and priorities, with guidance from the CRM Programme Manager, the role will help maintain project records, track actions and milestones, prepare updates and wider dependency documentation, and support user testing. The postholder will help coordinate system improvements, releases, pilots and implementation activities, while helping technical and business colleagues with testing across regions and disciplines.
The Opportunity
- Maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers and delivery records, including Microsoft Planner where appropriate.
- Organise project meetings and workshops, prepare materials, and record actions and decisions.
- Follow up actions, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating delivery concerns to the project or programme manager.
- Prepare project updates, status reports and delivery documentation using accurate and consistent information.
- Coordinate user testing, including test scripts, participant arrangements, progress tracking and results.
- Support CRM releases, pilots, system improvements and implementation activities.
- Coordinate input and maintain clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support project communications, guidance materials, training logistics and user-adoption activities.
- Undertake data checks, basic analysis and other general Client Systems tasks to support delivery priorities.

Is this role right for you?
- Currently working or have worked with a Client Relationship Management tool, preferably Microsoft Dynamics365.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, Media, Commerce or similar.
- Experience supporting the delivery of projects or programmes, including maintaining project plans, schedules, risks, actions and progress reporting within a structured project management environment.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings, workshops, testing activities and delivery milestones while ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience preparing high-quality project documentation, status reports, user guidance and communications, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and consistent information.
