Huntswood is supporting a major corporate banking client undergoing significant digital and regulatory change - and we're looking for a Client Workflow & MI Manager with a passion for Salesforce-driven workflow optimisation to help lead the charge.
You'll be based in the client's flagship campus in the Cheshire countryside - recently refurbished to create a collaborative, innovative workplace where you can do your best work.
Day Rate: £237 per day (Husp Umbrella only)
Start Date: Monday 7th September 2026
Location: Knutsford - 1 week full-time onsite training, then hybrid 1 day a month on site
Hours: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am-7pm (35 hrs)
Contract: Until March 2027
What You'll Be Doing
You will play a key role in enabling successful client outreach and readiness activity across Corporate Banking by:
- Managing and optimising workflow processes across multiple outreach campaigns
- Ensuring seamless data flow, accurate tracking, and high-quality workflow performance
- Identifying opportunities to automate, improve efficiency, and increase campaign visibility
- Producing dashboards, reports and performance metrics for senior stakeholders
- Transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights
- Driving data quality through cleansing, validation and governance controls
- Collaborating with Client Readiness, Change, and Programme teams
- Ensuring stakeholders have the right information at the right time
- Managing client communications with precision and clarity

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can combine operational excellence with analytical sharpness and outstanding communication skills. You'll ideally have:
- Hands-on experience with workflow management tools - especially Salesforce
- Strong analytical, numerical and commercial thinking
- High-level Excel capability and confidence with large data sets
- The ability to simplify complex data and present clear insights
- A talent for managing senior stakeholders and shaping their decisions
- Understanding of client-facing operational processes in digital environments
