Leasing Manager
We are working with a leading UK property business to appoint a Leasing Manager to its central London office portfolio. This is an opportunity to take ownership of leasing activity across high-quality assets, work closely with occupiers and advisers, and help shape how office space responds to changing customer needs.
The role offers exposure to the full leasing lifecycle, from market research and strategy through negotiation, completion and ongoing occupier relationships. You will work with colleagues across asset management, property management, development, marketing and flexible workspace to deliver each asset’s business plan.
The role
- Develop leasing plans, pricing recommendations and market insight for allocated assets.
- Lead new lettings from enquiry through negotiation to completion, coordinating internal teams and external advisers.
- Manage renewals, regears and other lease events alongside asset management colleagues.
- Build relationships with occupiers, brokers and agents, and identify opportunities to attract and retain customers.
- Track demand, competing space, incentives and pricing, turning market intelligence into practical recommendations.
- Support leasing across conventional offices and flexible workspace, helping customers find the right solution as their needs change.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts and transaction updates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our preference is for candidates with core leasing experience, ideally in London offices or the flexible workspace sector. You will be comfortable in a client-facing role, able to manage a high volume of transactions and interested in the detail involved in getting deals completed.

We would consider an ambitious graduate with relevant exposure and the right attitude, as well as someone with a few years of solid leasing transaction experience who is ready for the next step. You will be commercially minded, organised and confident building relationships. A collaborative approach and the ability to keep transactions moving across multiple teams are essential.
A RICS qualification, or progress towards one, would be welcome but is not required.
This is a chance to join an established property business with an ambitious central London portfolio and the opportunity to grow your responsibilities over time.
